We are proud of partnering with leading Industry Training Organisations to create bespoke training programmes for our people.

We offer our team the chance to learn - and gain nationally recognised qualifications - while earning a weekly wage.  Our people complete National Certificates in retail, baking, seafood retailing and processing, meat retailing, contact centre operations and in logistics.

These customised courses equip our people to be Retail experts, surprising and delighting our customers.

Management Trainee Programmes - Learn from the best in the business
Each year more than 200 Progressive people have the opportunity to participate in one of our three tailored Management Trainee Programmes. Our trainees learn from the best in the business. They learn how to manage departments and whole supermarkets. They learn everything from delivering customer service, leading people, nurturing talent, managing stock, and budgets through to providing a safe environment and preventing loss.
